AFTERCARE MATTERS THE RESULT OF OUR WORK
We offer the highest quality work through high attention to detail and dedication to our procedures and results; we, unfortunately, have no control over other factors that affect the healing process. For example, your cosmetic tattoo's care and how your skin heals and retains pigment will significantly contribute to the results. Therefore, Pomelo beauty bar offers NO GUARANTEE for healed results.
Please be aware and additional touch-ups may be required to achieve optimal outcomes. For brows, the use of cosmetic products may still be necessary to achieve your desired look. We DO NOT offer REFUNDS on any service. However, we are here to listen to any of your concerns or problems with the work. Please talk to us and share with us to make yourself feel comfortable.
CONTRAINDICATION
Cosmetic Tattooing is not recommended for clients who are or have any of the following:
CORRECTIVE OR EXISTING BROW TATTOO WORK
Before booking your new appointment, please send us a clear photo of your existing brow (info@pomelobb.com) to assess and determine if we can make touch-ups or revisions.
We cannot guarantee results for corrective or cover-up work. If previous work is too dark, discolored or misshaped, tattoo removal is highly recommended before booking an appointment with us to achieve the best results. We recommend laser tattoo removal first. Corrective/cover-up work generally requires multiple sessions, and additional touch-ups will be charged accordingly.
CANCELLATION AND LATE POLICY
Our technicians want to give you all the time and attention you deserve. Please try to be on time. As a small business, part of our success depends on mutual respect of time; we require at least 48 hours of notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment. If you are 15+ min late, we may need to shorten your appointment or reschedule the appointment to remain on time for all our clients. We want to do our best for your satisfaction, and that requires the full duration of your appointment for your service.
Any appointments rescheduled or canceled within 48 hours will be subjected to a $50 cancellation fee, and your deposit will be non-refundable.
MISSED APPOINTMENTS
Remembering and respecting the appointment schedule is your responsibility. LASH FILL POLICY
We WILL NOT fill lashes that other lash extension providers have applied.
Our commitment to the highest quality lash extensions will prevent us from filling Lashes beneath our application standards. This is in your best interest and ours. We want to guarantee our work and your happiness. You deserve the very best!
For booking a lash fill appointment, the price and appointment time vary depending on how often you come back for a fill. Please check your schedule carefully. After SIX weeks, it will be considered a new set. If your lashes are remaining less then 20% we will be considered a new set. We will remove all the grow out lashes and re apply the fresh set.
ALLERGY
We do not offer refunds for allergic reactions. If you are sensitive or have had a reaction before, please let our Artist know in advance through info@pomelobb.com, and we will do a patch test.
PHONE POLICY
Before you enter our salon, we ask that you please turn your phone OFF and make any calls or texts prior to your appointment for your safety.

We accept cash, debit and all major credit card except Amex.
